Terms & Conditions – Refunds & Returns Policy
By purchasing goods or services from SQT Bio-Microneedling Australia, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to complete training.
All sales of products, training, and services are final, unless:
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered where a product is proven to be faulty or damaged.
To request an assessment, the product must be returned to SQT Australia in its original packaging and condition for review.
A representative of SQT Australia will assess the product, and if deemed faulty or damaged, an exchange will be offered in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of SQT Australia.
3. Training & Services
Training, certification, onboarding, and support services are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or commenced. If services are not supplied as agreed or are considered defective under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy.
4. Opened or Used Products
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless proven faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Australian Consumer Law
These terms operate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes your statutory rights.
